A 1,400sqm purpose self-built office and warehouse development for national contractors, comprising on-site parking, consultation spaces, canteen, cellular offices and full height foyer set over three storeys.
This is a highly energy efficient building with low running costs. Modern rain screen cladding and high performance curtain walling ensure the building retains its sustainable credentials.
Exposed concrete can be seen throughout the interior space demonstrating the occupants’ specialism.
A sustainable drainage solution (SUDS) was employed across the site ensuring there was a net reduction in off-site discharge in an area at high risk of seasonal flooding. This was combined with an integrated landscape design including parking facilities for cars, motorcycles and bikes.
