The brief was deceptively simple: create office and staff amenities alongside their manufacturing operations. But using live tracking data from their previous office—staff movements, time tracking—we optimised their new layout to actually work for how people move and operate. We also coordinated the manufacturing assembly line with various specialists, ensuring the whole facility functions as one integrated operation.

We designed structural timber walls with heavy insulation to keep factory noise where it belongs, suspended landscaped ceilings engineered for serious storage loads above, plus navigating building control and the complex lease requirements at Blythe Valley Park.
