Sometimes the best solution is starting over, so we've just submitted planning for Brooklands—a complete redesign of an approved South Derbyshire dwelling that wasn't living up to its potential.
Despite holding valid planning permission for a 6,000 square foot South Derbyshire dwelling, luxury property developers, Golden Brook Developments, weren't satisfied with the commercial potential.
The existing approval was technically sound but underwhelming—a house that would sell, but not for what the prime village plot could command.
