Olivia is a graduate of Architecture from Nottingham Trent University and joins JSA as part of her professional development pathway. Originally from the Midlands, she returns to the UK fresh from a year in Seattle, where she gained hands-on experience at a U.S.-based architecture practice. Her time stateside saw her involved in a range of residential and community-led schemes, adding international perspective to her design thinking and day-to-day approach.

A strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail, Olivia is already contributing to several ongoing projects across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, supporting our team with early-stage design, planning applications, and visualisations.

When she’s not in the studio, you’ll likely find her outdoors. Olivia is an avid hiker, occasional kayaker, and passionate advocate for design that connects people with nature - something we’re always keen to support.

She joined JSA in September 2024 and brings with her a grounded enthusiasm, a good sense of humour, and a growing talent for thoughtful, sustainable design.
