Our client initially bought this house with the aim of improving it’s look and feel. After initial analysis we concluded that the favourable option would be to demolish the existing property and rebuild from scratch.

The house that we designed is in our signature style of a traditional design with a contemporary twist.
This unique style allowed designs to include kitchen to rear, twin gabled front elevation, vaulted ceilings, open plan family room and diner along with three balconies to the rear of the property.
