We were commissioned to prepare designs to convert a redundant Severn Trent water pump house, with separate pressure balancing tank, into a modern family home.
The site sits outside of the settlement boundaries in open countryside.
Our design utilised the existing structures and extended with modern forms to create a truly bespoke design.
