Following a successful outline planning application in 2022 for the creation of two substantial dwellings, our team have now submitted the necessary ‘Reserved Matters’ applications with detailed design drawings. Internally referred to as ‘The Hideaway’, the larger of the two family homes is located to the rear of the ample plot located on an exclusive private road in Quarndon, Derbyshire. At the heart of the clients design brief was the desire to create a family home founded on the promotion of healthy well-being and serenity.
