Client: Private

Location: Derby.

Yew Tree House comprised of an attractive but tired existing Edwardian villa that had been subject to later piecemeal additions. These additions, with differing heights and window profiles, left the dwelling feeling unbalanced. The brief from the client was to restore and extend the existing villa to provide generous family accommodation, but more importantly, make the new additions blend seamlessly with the original building.

Before & After.

The existing property was completely overhauled, inside and out.

The project was completed in late 2010.
